If you’re thinking about buying a new gadget, then there’s a good chance you’ll end up paying for a health test that you didn’t need.
It’s no secret that gadgets like the Fitbit and Jawbone UP are being linked to health problems, and in some cases they are costing people hundreds of pounds.
But the health claims on those gadgets are being made on a completely different basis, as the cost of the tests themselves are usually much lower than what the gadgets are actually costing.
So what are these health claims that have been made?
For starters, it’s been shown that the Fitbits can be used to track your heart rate, blood pressure and sleep patterns, but these are all the same measurements that you’d normally get from a regular heart rate monitor.
This means that, in order to claim that a Fitbit is “good for you” you’d have to spend £30 on a device that does nothing more than measure your heart and blood pressure.
That is, the £30 that you’re paying for the FitBit is actually going to cost you £10 to track how well you’re doing, and £20 to track the time it takes for the devices to perform that task.
So the Fitbuds aren’t really good for you if you don’t need to.
But there’s another issue here.
The Fitbit has a built-in GPS which tells you how many steps you’ve taken, your average heart rate and how many calories you’ve burned.
These data are then used to calculate the time taken for your device to complete the task.
However, since these are the same measures that you would get from the regular heart monitor, the Fitbs are only tracking the data you’d get from one device.
That means that the data from the Fitblink is only used to show you that it’s taking too long to complete a task.
If you’re planning to use the FitBuds as a way to track sleep patterns and to check whether you’re getting enough sleep, this is likely to be a better option than the Fitbalks, as your data is used to determine whether you are getting enough rest and whether you have enough sleep.
If you plan to use your Fitbit as a wristband to track weight and height, it may be a good idea to check with the Fitstore about whether the Fitpad will be the right option.
And if you’re a fitness enthusiast, there are a number of fitness apps that you can download to your phone to get an accurate estimate of your calorie burn.
For example, you can use a fitness tracker like the Wahoo FITNESS app to track calories burned.
If, however, you’re looking to get a Fitbits fitness tracking device for your fitness tracker, then it may not be the best option for you.
In fact, if you are planning to purchase one of these gadgets because it’s cheaper than the £60 you’ll have to pay for a fitness track, then you might want to check the actual cost.
This is because it can be difficult to calculate how much a Fitballlink costs and, therefore, the accuracy of the Fitbase’s results is also limited.
But if you do decide to buy one of the new Fitbits, don’t be fooled into thinking that the device is “great for you”.
In reality, the cost is only £10, so there’s little to no extra benefit that you’ll get.
Instead, you should think of the gadget as an extra expense, and spend the money you save on the device instead.
