I’ve been following it for nearly a year now and I have lost more weight than I’ve ever lost before.

And I don’t think I’ll ever get fat again.

As I mentioned above, it contains less fat than the average American diet.

The first year was the best year of my life.

It was one of the best vegan years of my entire life.

But by the end of the first year, I was feeling really bad about myself and felt that my diet was too harsh.

I felt like I was eating too much protein and too little fat.
