Fat loss breakfast

Dave’s is a delicious, delicious fat loss recipe that’s made with fresh vegetables, fresh herbs, and plenty of fresh coconut oil!

I love the way it’s topped with avocado and a little spicy cilantro!

If you’re not into coconut oil, this recipe is super easy to replace with coconut oil or butter.

I recommend eating it with a few bites of fresh, delicious avocado and sweet onion, and then you can add some coconut cream, fresh cilantro, and avocado-flavored chia seeds to finish the meal off.

Ingredients 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 cup shredded coconut (or 1/4 cup coconut flour) 1/2 cup shredded cashews 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup coconut oil Instructions Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shredded coconut, honey, and salt, and sauté for about 5 minutes until it starts to brown.

Add in the coconut, and stir until the coconut is coated in coconut oil.

Add your cashews, honey and salt to the coconut mixture, and continue to cook until the cashews are slightly softened.

Remove from the heat and stir in the honey, coconut oil and coconut.

Stir well, and allow the mixture to sit for about 30 minutes.

Add 1/8 teaspoon of salt to taste and serve immediately.
